A significant shift in the company’s leadership has been announced by Bergenbier S.A., a division of Molson Coors Beverage Company.
Alexandru Nomicos, the director of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships for the EMEA APAC area, was the beer producer’s Financial Director from 2019. Oana Popa has been employed by Bergenbier S.A. for more than ten years and recently assumed the role of Financial Director.

Oana Popa has over 16 years of experience in the financial field and has been part of the beer producer’s team for more than 11 years. During this time, she held various positions such as PPM Commercial On-trade, Planning and Performance Commercial Manager, and Finance Controller. She knows the business environment and the beer industry intimately and has coordinated regional and local financial projects for the company.

Together with Alexandru Nomicos in the role of Financial Director, Bergenbier S.A. has had annual increases in turnover, developing its financial infrastructure and resilience to the challenging external factors of recent years.

Both Oana Popa and Alexandru Nomicos took over the roles of Financial Director and Director of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnerships in EMEA APAC in the middle of September this year.
