RomInsolv has launched Evoloo, a software application that turns bankruptcy prevention into a useful tool for businesses, accountants, and consultants. Evoloo is Romania’s first digital app devoted to insolvency prevention, offering a clear and practical assessment of a company’s financial and organizational health.
The app comes in the context of the adoption of the new insolvency law, which places strong emphasis on prevention and on management’s responsibility to identify early warning signs. The app responds precisely to this need, transforming legislative principles into an accessible and practical tool, usable by entrepreneurs as well as accountants and financial consultants.
